Looking Back And Moving Forward!

Looking back on 2022 we realize that this was a transformative year for us both personally and professionally. We added two new members to our Team. Addie Peet is our new Buyer Specialist. She started in July of 2022 and successfully closed 16 transactions into December 2022. A huge congratulations to her. We also added Tiffany O'Neill as our team Admin. She has taken on the role of transaction coordinator and wears many other hats within our business. We are grateful for her.

We Wish You All a Wonderful and Healthy Holiday Season

It’s that time of year again! The holidays are a time for family, friends, and celebration. They are often a time when we reflect on the past year and think about what we are grateful for. This year, I am particularly grateful for celebrating the Holidays with our family and friends.

As we enter into this festive season, I like to take a moment to be grateful for all the good in our lives. We are so honored and grateful to have helped over 60 families this year with their real estate pursuits! We couldn't have done it without the help of our friends, family and past clients. As our business is nearly 100% referral based this means a lot to us. We will be spending the holiday at our home in Topsham with our two girls Polly and Sonny who remind us everyday just how lucky we are and of course our dogs Cam and Mowgli who most of you have met if you have worked with us. To see the magic of the holiday season through the eyes of our 3 year old this year is the greatest gift of all.

We Are Proud To Be Part of 1% For Maine!

We are honored to be part of 1% For Maine. Our quarterly contributions to the Portside Foundation benefits local nonprofits.

One of the biggest reasons we chose to work for Portside was to give back. It struck a cord for us that with every transaction we are helping Maine youth and with my social work background the programs we support are often programs that I have worked with in the past.
