Looking back on 2022 we realize that this was a transformative year for us both personally and professionally. We added two new members to our Team. Addie Peet is our new Buyer Specialist. She started in July of 2022 and successfully closed 16 transactions into December 2022. A huge congratulations to her. We also added Tiffany O'Neill as our team Admin. She has taken on the role of transaction coordinator and wears many other hats within our business. We are grateful for her.
With this team growth came natural growing pains. Realizing it was no longer just Brent and I working for our team as it has been for the last six years was exciting but also terrifying. I remember calling Dava in June of 2022 and saying, “I do not think I can do this.” I knew it had to be done, though, to allow for growth within our business and to also have a successful marriage and family life.
Now in 2023, I can say that this was the best decision we ever made. Our business grew, our goals were exceeded and our level of client services was enhanced. We are building a brand that is trusted, experienced and unparallelled, The Brent + Lisa Team!
In 2022 we ranked #40 out of roughly 5,000 Agents for Volume Sold with production of 29 Million. We helped 67 groups which allowed us to give back $20,000 to our community through the 1% for ME foundation, our annual Turkey Burn Rides with Spark Cycling, our 5K with Coastal Performance in Brunswick and various other sponsorships. We plan to continue with the momentum brought by 2022 and our goals are even greater.
