We're in the thick of it now—summer in Maine! The temps are up, the days are long, and life is moving fast. Between barbecues, swim lessons, art and farm camps, and golf tournaments, our calendars are full—but in the best way.
This season brings so much joy. We're soaking up the local fun—from Music on the Mall nights under the stars to planning family adventures that remind us why we love living here. At the same time, summer is also a busy and exciting chapter in real estate. We’re holding mid-year meetings with Portside, launching new listings, and guiding our buyers through a competitive and fast-moving market.
